Apicem Media Marketing: Payment Policy & Guidelines
Ownership and Hosting:
- Website Ownership: The client does not own the proprietary website design or the underlying technology. Instead, the client is granted a license to use the website as long as their account remains in good standing with Apicem Media Marketing.
- Domain Ownership: Clients will retain ownership of their domain name. This ensures that even if the website hosting is discontinued, the domain remains under the client's control.
Payment Terms:
- Regular Payments: Payments are due in accordance with the terms specified in the service agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in interruptions to your services.
- Late Payment Consequences: If payment is not received by the due date, a late fee may be applied, and services may be suspended. To avoid disruption, please ensure that payments are made on time.
Cancellation and Non-Payment:
- Service Cancellation: If a client wishes to cancel their services, they must provide written notice in accordance with the terms outlined in their service agreement.
- Non-Payment: In the event of non-payment, website hosting services will be suspended, which means the website will be taken offline. Reinstatement of the website will occur once all outstanding payments have been made.
- Permanent Deactivation: If payment is not received for an extended period, as specified in the service agreement, the hosted website may be permanently deactivated. Please note that recovery of website data post-deactivation is not guaranteed.
Reinstatement:
- Restoring Services: To restore any suspended services, the client must clear all outstanding balances. A reinstatement fee may apply.
